The thermal architecture must follow the hardware.

CoralDC deploys single-phase immersion cooling today and is engineering a hybrid direct-to-chip-plus-immersion platform as its next generation. The current product and roadmap are deliberately separated here so a buyer can see what is available now, what is under engineering, and what remains research.

No cooling technology is universal. Single-phase immersion is the right current architecture for PCIe and HGX class hardware, distributed board-level heat, and sealed or hostile sites. Next-generation rack-scale systems arrive with cold plates fitted at manufacture, so CoralDC's next platform combines direct-to-chip cooling for concentrated package heat with immersion for distributed and residual heat.

How CoralDC selects an architecture

Hardware generation comes first. The form factor and manufacturer-fitted thermal interface determine what is technically possible. Density target comes next, followed by water availability, serviceability, site conditions and the customer's tolerance for operational complexity. Today the result is a single-phase immersion deployment. Once the hybrid platform is validated and released, the same decision process will determine which heat path serves each component class.

CoralDC's durable layer is not loyalty to one cooling method. It is the integration, telemetry, control and operating model that sit across the thermal path. That allows the platform to follow silicon and site constraints while preserving a stable customer interface, evidence model and fleet-learning layer.
