CoralDC's position is that almost none of the component technology in a modern AI infrastructure system should be invented by the company assembling it. Thermal hardware, fluid chemistry, heat rejection, sensing, simulation and control algorithms are all served by specialists who are further ahead than a modular integrator can become.

What CoralDC owns is the architecture, the integration, the telemetry model underneath it and the operating relationship on top. What it sources is everything else, selected on evidence.

The Gaps

Where CoralDC believes the real gaps are

Published as a view, because it is more useful to a prospective partner than a list of categories.

Instrumentation

The largest gap. Immersion systems in particular are radically under-instrumented relative to what modern control requires. Continuous fluid condition monitoring purpose-built for dielectric service barely exists as a category.

Control for distributed fleets

Available control platforms are built for large single facilities. Control designed for many small heterogeneous sites is not, and CoralDC believes that is where its own structural position is unusual.

Customer-facing digital twins at pod scale

Simulation is well served at facility scale. A twin that ships with the product and that the customer can inspect is not something any vendor currently offers.

Heat offtake as a financeable product

The technology exists in many places. The standardised commercial and financing wrapper that would let a modest deployment sell heat does not.

Material compatibility data

There is effectively no published long-term data on current thermal interface stacks in dielectric service. This is an open question the industry has not answered.
