Heat-Positive Infrastructure

Most data centres describe what they avoid. We would rather describe what we deliver. Coral designs infrastructure to be Heat-Positive: thermal output contracted, metered and delivered to a named offtaker as a useful energy product rather than rejected to atmosphere. Four commitments cover water, heat, carbon and circularity, each independently validated.

WaterCoral pods are designed to operate with no evaporative make-up water in the majority of climates, using a high-temperature secondary loop and dry heat rejection.
HeatCoral pods will expose a standardised, metered heat offtake interface as standard equipment, not as an option.
CarbonCoral publishes operational and embodied carbon from measured fleet data, independently validated.
CircularityCoral uses non-fluorinated fluid chemistry, publishes the disposal route, and excludes fluorinated chemistry from every product in every market.

Every figure Coral publishes under these four commitments is independently validated by a third-party engineering firm, and the validation report is published in full. Self-certification is not evidence.
