Partnership models
Eight routes, each with a defined first step. The first step matters more than the label, because it is what determines whether a conversation becomes work. Technology integration, research, pilot deployment, co-development, commercial, channel, regional and strategic capital. Each carries a defined first step and a two to four business day commitment to acknowledge it and schedule that step.

Eight routes, eight first steps.
| Model | What it means | First step | Time to first response |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technology Integration | Your technology is integrated into a Coral reference architecture | Technical evaluation | 2 to 4 business days |
| Research | Joint investigation of a defined open question | Scoped research agreement | 2 to 4 business days |
| Pilot Deployment | Your technology is evaluated in a live deployment | Pilot scope with agreed success criteria | 2 to 4 business days |
| Co-Development | An integrated solution built together | Joint technical workshop | 2 to 4 business days |
| Commercial | A coordinated market proposition | Commercial framework discussion | 2 to 4 business days |
| Channel | You reach customers through Coral deployments, or Coral reaches yours | Market and account mapping | 2 to 4 business days |
| Regional | Localised deployment or manufacture in a specific market | Market assessment | 2 to 4 business days |
| Strategic Capital | Investment, financing or corporate development where aligned | Corporate development conversation | 2 to 4 business days |
Time to first response is CoralDC's commitment to acknowledge and schedule the first step, not a commitment that the entire partnership decision closes in that window. Pilot, co-development and strategic capital arrangements in particular run considerably longer once underway.
A note on pilots
A pilot without agreed success criteria written down before it starts is not a pilot, it is an unpaid integration project that ends in disagreement. CoralDC will insist on defining what success looks like, how it will be measured and who measures it, before hardware moves. Partners who find that requirement tedious usually turn out to be the ones who needed it most.
Submit a technology, or start a conversation.
CoralDC responds to every submission, including the ones it declines, and says why.
