Infrastructure technologies do not usually fail in the laboratory. They fail in the gap between a validated prototype and a site that will accept it. CoralDC deploys and operates AI infrastructure in real buildings with real electrical, thermal, acoustic and regulatory constraints, which is the environment that gap requires.

A component technology company can prove its physics. What it usually cannot do alone is prove that its technology survives integration into a complete system, in a building with an owner, under a warranty, serviced by people who did not design it, in front of a customer who will not accept a research artefact.
Getting through that requires a partner with deployments, customers, permitting exposure and operational accountability, willing to evaluate an unproven technology against conditions that are not laboratory conditions and to report honestly when it does not work.

CoralDC does not sign exclusivity during early evaluation.
