Partner with CoralDC

Infrastructure technologies do not usually fail in the laboratory. They fail in the gap between a validated prototype and a site that will accept it. CoralDC deploys and operates AI infrastructure in real buildings with real electrical, thermal, acoustic and regulatory constraints, which is the environment that gap requires.

Modular thermal, energy, water, materials and control technologies arranged around AI infrastructure.

The Problem

The problem this section exists to solve

A component technology company can prove its physics. What it usually cannot do alone is prove that its technology survives integration into a complete system, in a building with an owner, under a warranty, serviced by people who did not design it, in front of a customer who will not accept a research artefact.

Getting through that requires a partner with deployments, customers, permitting exposure and operational accountability, willing to evaluate an unproven technology against conditions that are not laboratory conditions and to report honestly when it does not work.

What We Offer

What CoralDC can offer

Stated precisely, because a company deciding where to place limited engineering resource deserves precision rather than enthusiasm.

Operating environments

Deployed infrastructure running production workloads in buildings with genuine constraints, not a test lab.

Systems integration

Engineering capability to integrate a component into a working thermal, hydraulic, electrical and control architecture. This is generally the step a component company is least equipped to perform alone and the one that determines whether a good technology ever ships.

Instrumented evaluation

Structured assessment against operating conditions, with measured results, conducted by engineers who will report what did not work. CoralDC applies the same evidence-class discipline to a partner's technology that it applies to its own claims: a vendor figure is recorded as a vendor claim until it is independently measured.

Customer requirements context

Access to what regulated institutional buyers actually require, which for an early-stage company is frequently more valuable than access to the buyers themselves, because it shapes the product before the product is finished.

Reference architecture inclusion

Where a technology earns it, integration into the Coral reference architectures used in customer deployments.

Commercial development

Where a technology proves itself, joint commercial work.

What We Do Not Offer

What CoralDC does not offer

Stating this improves the quality of inbound rather than reducing it.

CoralDC is not a distribution channel for unvalidated technology. Funding is not a standard element of partnership, although strategic capital conversations are possible where there is real strategic alignment. CoralDC cannot promise deployment volume, and any partner who requires committed volume as a precondition should say so at the outset rather than three months in. CoralDC does not sign exclusivity during early evaluation.

Evaluation

How CoralDC evaluates a technology

The same framework CoralDC applies internally.

Technical merit

Does the physics hold, and is the claimed effect measured or asserted.

Economic merit

Does it improve compute per megawatt, compute per dollar, deployment speed, or access to a market otherwise closed.

Integration feasibility

Can it be integrated into a modular pod by a team that is not the inventor.

Deployment readiness

Is it a product, a prototype or a paper.

Strategic differentiation

Does it give CoralDC something competitors cannot straightforwardly buy.

Regulatory durability

Will it still be permitted in five years, which is a live question for several fluid chemistries.

A technology that improves several of these at once is considerably more interesting than one that optimises a single dimension.

Next Step

Submit a technology, or start a conversation.

CoralDC responds to every submission, including the ones it declines, and says why.

FAQ

Direct answers for infrastructure buyers.

How can a company partner with CoralDC?

Through the technology submission process, which goes to CoralDC engineering rather than to a marketing queue. CoralDC operates eight partnership models covering technology integration, research, pilot deployment, co-development, commercial, channel, regional and strategic capital arrangements.

Does CoralDC invest in technology companies?

Strategic investment is possible where there is genuine strategic alignment, but it is not a standard element of partnership and should not be assumed as the outcome of an approach.

Will CoralDC sign an NDA before a technical conversation?

Yes, where a partner requires one to discuss their technology meaningfully. CoralDC turns around a standard mutual NDA within 2 business days of request.
