| The Thermal Ceiling | The point at which a data centre's ability to remove heat, rather than its power supply or its silicon, becomes the binding constraint on useful compute. |
| Thermal Intelligence | The discipline of measuring, predicting and controlling the complete thermal and energy path of AI infrastructure as one closed-loop system. |
| Tokens per Megawatt | The quantity of useful AI output produced per megawatt of facility power consumed, measured at the workload rather than at the meter. |
| Thermal Yield | The proportion of total facility power that reaches silicon as useful compute, after cooling, conversion and distribution losses. |
| Heat-Positive Infrastructure | Infrastructure whose thermal output is contracted, metered and delivered as a useful energy product to a named offtaker. |
| Fleet Learning | The compounding improvement in thermal control performance that arises when a distributed fleet of instrumented pods trains a shared control model. |
